This Pathfinder has been developed to help teachers
access Anzac Day information and resources both in the Emmaus Library and WWW
for students in Years P-9.

 
 
ANZAC Day, 25th April, is an important Australian national day. Australians, and particularly young Australians, are showing an increasing desire to observe it. Although the meaning of Anzac Day may change for each generation, it is still seen as relevent and a national symbol.

The Multimedia and other Resources page has things like Videos, Television Stories, People, Audio (sounds and poems) and Pictures (Images) for you to consider as information sources. Think about it...they say "a picture is worth a thousand words" you can find out information about a topic by looking at a picture. You may like to try this with your class.
